Red Cosmic Moon

Happy New Year! Today is Kin 169 Red Cosmic Moon, the last day of the Earth Wavespell and the first day of the New Year.

On this day, 26th July, is the rising of the Star Sirius in the morning sky at about the same time and nearby location with the Sun. It is the time when Earth has 2 Suns in the sky, the golden sun and the other is blue in frequency (Sirius).

Red Cosmic Moon year starts off with Mercury, Mars, Saturn and Neptune in retrograde and from August onwards Uranus will join the group. And, we will also have a total lunar eclipse on 28 July at 3.30am Singapore time for approximately 103 minutes which is the longest in the 21st century. And because of its reddish colour, the lunar eclipse is known as the "blood moon". Well, it is a great lot of energy to kick off the new year.

The term Cosmic in Galactic Maya is number 13, which is the last of the cycle and it means transcend. If you are thinking everyone will be granted a passport to enlightenment and this is the end of learning life lessons, then you will be very disappointed. The process of transcending does not happen automatically just because this is the cosmic year. It is through our continuous efforts in spiritual cultivation and working on ourselves that we can tap on this wave of energy to transcend to the next level. And what is the "next level" is different for each of us.

This year, we can focus more on understanding and managing our emotions and look at the impact emotions have done to our bodies. Many of us who are practising self cultivation may think we have already learned how to manage our emotions, this year Universe will put us to test and we will see how we fare then.

For people who have not been exercising for years, it is advisable to start working out. As we all know, exercise improves blood circulation and Red Cosmic Moon is also related to the water and our blood. Exercise also releases stress chemicals in our body and when we release the blockages, we can attract more positive things to us.

It will be a year of purification and releasing on all levels to let go of those that no longer serves us. In the midst of all these releasing, remember to allow ourselves to flow with grace and Universe's blessing of love and abundance is always around us.
